This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home in Piper Glen and Turnberry. When the recreation facilities are completed (anticipated Summer 2019) the Annual Recreation Assessment will be paid by all Members in Piper Glen and Turnberry. The fees will contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the recreation facilities, including the pool and cabana. Be on the lookout for additional information once completion of the facilities is closer!
